The problem we solve

Shared administrative credentials sitting in a spreadsheet, a wiki page or an engineer's head is the most common finding in any assessment and the quietest risk in the environment. Nobody knows who used what, when, or whether the account still needs to exist.

How we approach it

Inventory first: which shared and privileged accounts exist, who uses them and what breaks if they rotate. Then a vault structure that mirrors how teams actually work, migration in waves with rotation at each step, and access reviews scheduled rather than promised. Adoption is treated as part of the project, because a vault nobody uses moves the credentials nowhere.
